Digital Campaign

Valentine’s Day is one of the most crucial sales periods for confectionery businesses, so I worked with a client to develop a targeted digital marketing strategy aimed at driving both online sales and last-minute in-store purchases. The strategy was designed to create consistent brand awareness and drive conversions through a multi-channel approach.

We started with an initial email campaign that showcased the shop's exclusive Valentine’s Day bonbon flavors. This email was followed by social media reels that highlighted each flavor, along with engaging content that had previously garnered high levels of interaction. To maintain momentum throughout the week, we hit social media every day with posts emphasizing the importance of chocolate for the holiday, followed by reminder emails to reinforce the messaging.

The goal was clear: stay top of mind and use both email and social media as powerful tools for brand recognition.

Results:
The campaign led to the confectionery shop’s highest sales week on record. Additionally, there was a 248% increase in Instagram reach, which helped significantly expand brand visibility and engagement during this peak season.
